Canning

We are delighted to say that we are working with the A&M Hood County Extension Agent, Brianne Langdon, to make safe, delicious products. Throughout the year, in the course of making these products, we teach safe canning classes. Our goal is not only to grow organic produce for hungry families, but to teach how it can be canned and preserved. Anyone is welcome to attend these classes. Check out our approved canning recipes!

Currently, we have the following products: Dill Pickles, Sweet-Heat Pickled Peppers, Sliced Pickled Peppers, Spicy Red Beets, Orange Ginger Beets, and Candied Peppers!
